I would put a 0 star but couldn't. Horrible experience. No prices for the most part online....means you have to call in. Took my niece down to try to get a vehicle. We called first, explained she had no credit because she's still young. Explained we live over an hour away and would like to know first if she would be approved for not. They put her on hold and then told her she's the kind of person they like to help and come down. After getting there after we both worked a long day, and the credit report (none) they "explained" how credit works. They basically told her she would then not be approved unless she had 10% down, a co-signer, or wait until she had credit built up. Now I understand, these younger kids have no clue on how any of this works but they way they wasted our time outraged the both of us. The crazy thing, she has the 10% down for sure!!!! The way they talked to her and they ASSUMED she couldn't afford it, AND gave us a lesson on "how you get credit and how it works", we knew we didn't want to deal with these people. Now it's down to Scenic Ford and Bob King Mazda !
This is a great place. They are so willing to work with you and they will make something happen when you didn't think it was possible. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. When you go, ask for Jourdan! She is amazing. Great customer service and will go the extra mile for you!!!!
The BEST place to go for a BAIT and SWITCH!! Worst customer service I have ever had from a Ford Dealership. I've owned and driven Ford trucks for over 25 years, but after what happened here, would make me leap over the fence and go to che..ee..eee (you know the word).
They are good to help you get a car but after the deal is over they don’t want to help you especially if you trade the car for other one and go back and get the remaining balance of gap or warranty money. We was on hold for 30 minuets just to get hung up on they was very rude. I will not state names at the time but if it isn’t resolved soon I will update with the names of the rude financial people we are dealing with.
Supposedly they gave us $4900 on trade in 2013 for a 2012 Versa. Didn't ask interest rate . Santander is lienholder. Paying faithfully. Still owe $10500. They're crooks and the staff wasn't real friendly.
